Your Tattoo Appointment at Inkden
Everything you need to know before visiting Inkden Tattoo Studio in Blackpool.
Thank you for booking with us!
Whether it’s your first tattoo or you’re coming back to continue a project, we want your experience to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Please take a few minutes to read the information below before your appointment.
1. Booking Deposits & Cancellations
Your Booking Deposit
All tattoo appointments require a 25% booking deposit, which is deducted from your tattoo price.
Your appointment is only confirmed once your deposit has been received.
Our 72-Hour Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please give us at least 72 hours’ notice.
When you book, we reserve that time exclusively for you. If you cancel at short notice or don’t attend, your artist may lose working hours that cannot be replaced.
For cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice or missed appointments, we may retain your deposit to cover reasonable losses and costs, in accordance with applicable consumer rights.
Need to Reschedule?
No problem! With at least 72 hours’ notice:
- First date change: We’ll transfer your deposit to a new appointment free of charge.
- Second date change: We may allow another transfer at our discretion.
- Further changes: We’ll review these individually.
We ask that your new appointment is arranged within three months of the original date, unless otherwise agreed.
Repeated Late Cancellations & No-Shows
To protect our artists’ time, clients who repeatedly cancel at short notice or miss appointments will need to pay a higher deposit to book again.
| Booking history | Deposit required |
|---|---|
| Standard booking | 25% |
| After 1st late cancellation or no-show | 50% |
| After 2nd late cancellation or no-show | 50% |
| After 3rd late cancellation or no-show | 100% advance payment |
These are advance payments towards your tattoo, not additional fees. Any amounts retained following cancellation are subject to applicable consumer law.
If we need to cancel your appointment, we’ll offer another date or an appropriate refund.

While healing, avoid scratching, picking, swimming, prolonged soaking and direct sun exposure. Follow your artist’s advice, including our recommendation to avoid alcohol for at least four days after tattooing.
