Tattoo conventions are events where tattoo artists, enthusiasts, and vendors come together to celebrate the art of tattooing. These events usually bring together some of the best tattoo artists from around the world to showcase their work, participate in competitions, and network with other artists.
Artists go to tattoo conventions for various reasons. Firstly, it’s a great opportunity for them to showcase their talent and attract new clients. It also provides an excellent platform for artists to learn new techniques, trends, and styles from other tattoo artists. It’s a great way to network with other professionals and make connections that can help them to grow their business or career.
Additionally, tattoo conventions provide a fun and social environment where artists can bond with other like-minded individuals and exchange ideas. Overall, tattoo conventions are a great way for artists to stay inspired, improve their skills, and become more successful in their profession.

Here at the Inkden studio, we pride ourselves on being a little different. If you’ve visited us before you may have picked up on a few of the things I’ll mention today – if you haven’t then hopefully this will convince you to take a trip down to come and see for yourself!
When you first come into the studio, our comfy waiting area is to the right, and we have our very own tearoom to the left. So, whether you’re in for a consultation, an appointment, or just passing by – there’s always some tasty food and drinks available to everyone. The lovely ladies in the tearoom cater to as many dietary requirement as they can, whether you’re looking for a little snack, a gluten- free option, or even something vegan friendly – they have some great options!
If the good food isn’t enough to pull you in, we also hold a new exhibition every month, showcasing the work of local artists over the entire ground floor. So, if you’re a fan of art then we recommend stopping by to see some of the pieces we have up as they do change monthly. To add to the creative tone, we also have our own Inkden merch, ranging from things as little as lanyards and socks, to dresses and beach towels! Our tattooists create all designs themselves and enjoy having the pieces on display for customers to see.
The last things I’ll remind you about is that as well as our group of 7 very talented tattoo artists, we also have Anna, our laser tattoo removal expert right beside us in the building. Anna has the highest qualifications possible to get in the UK so we can assure you, you’re in safe hands with her. Also, we have Adrianna – although she’s one of our very talented tattoo artists, she’s also a fully qualified piercer and permanent makeup artist! So, I’m sure if there’s something you’re looking for, there’s a good chance we have someone here for you.
We hope to see you soon!
– The Inkden Family.
Firstly, all of us here at Inkden Tattoo and Laser Removal Clinic would like to thank you for your continued support over this past year. It really means the world to us!
As we get back into the swing of things, we would just like to go over our new health and safety guidelines for customers and our artists and how to abide by them.
We understand that this is a lot of new rules but without these changes we cannot operate a safe environment for both yourselves and our artists. Thank you for reading and if you have any further questions regarding our health and safety guidelines, please feel free to get in touch with us.
Kind regards,
The Inkden Tattoo Studio Family.

As many of you have seen with all that is going on around the world our much needed NHS service has been asking for donations.
After much research we decided to go to the public and ask our clients if they knew of anyone local that could help us in our mission to give back to the NHS.
After an amazing response on our Facebook we had the details we needed. After some phone calls we were set. Shamack and Anna travelled to the hospital to a safe point to donate to Victoria hospital. A big thank you to everyone for your messages, phone calls and names.
We are very proud to announce we have donated over a 1,000 PPE items to our hospital. Including disposable gloves in all sizes, disposable aprons and disposable sleeve protectors.
We have heard back of Ward 19 where we donated the items and they are very grateful for these and are being used as you read this blog. We will photos of the staff to come shortly.
We would like to take this time to thank all of the NHS, our customers and everyone who is helping how they can in this challenging climate we are all in at the moment. Stay safe everyone and we cant wait to see you all again soon.
